   Product description:

  The refined paraffinic base oil. It can keep the carbon steel and alloy steel harden evenly. Quenchtex B is a bright quenching oil. Except antioxidant, it still contains special additives to improve the quenching speed.

  Product advantage:

  1.Good hardening quality: Low viscosity, high speed of circulation and good heat transfer property can achieve high speed of quenching. It has effective Quenchtex B to help the bubble disperse quickly and reduce the effects of insulation maximally. The special additives can improve the thermal conductivity and the rate of quenching.

  2.Less cost: Low viscosity, low oil consumption and back fast are the advantage of the product. So it can reduce the cost of quenching oil.

  3.Long service life: High thermostability, strong inoxidizability and effective antioxidant can extend the service life.

  4.Improve the work efficiency: The thermostability is good enough to prevent the workpiece from going to bad. It will not leave the waste on the surface of metal so that you don’t need to clean it after using. In the Querchtex B, we improve the performance and add some effective dispersant. The appropriate cooling rate can harden the workpiece evenly. It reduce the crack, deformation, and residual.

  Product application:

  1.Heat treatment about quenching and cooling quickly of carbon steel and alloy steel.

  2.Steel heat treatment with requirements of less deformation, less change of color and harden evenly.

  3.Low hardness requirements. The quenching temperature of oil is between 30℃ and 55℃, so it is suitable for quenching in low-temperature conditions.

  4.High hardness requirements. The quenching temperature of oil is between 30℃ and 65℃, so it is suitable for quenching under high-temperature conditions.

  This product is attached with the MSDS report and users safety guidelines. Users should meet the requirments of relevant laws and regulations.
