Electric discharge machine oil (EDM Oil)
Mineral oil with low flash point, low viscosity. It’s made of refined paraffinic base oil, so it can be used as dielectric fluid in processing the electric discharge machine. It meets the requirement of processing the electric discharge machine.

Product advantage:
1.High machining accuracy: It has good dielectric property and cooling property to control discharge. The low viscosity can flow freely in the gap of charging. It’s good for machine to get rid of solid particle quickly. In addition, it’s easy to see the work face clearly because of the light color.
2.Long service life: The very low viscosity is suitable for machining with high accuracy and subsiding oil. Good filtration property and oxidation resistance can improve the work efficiency and reduce the downtime.The strong oxidation resistance can prevent from going bad and extending the service life.
Product application:
1. The dielectric fluid of discharging machining.
2. The cutters and moulds work shop of electrical discharge machining, electrical devices, airplane parts, hardware tool, cutters, tableware, jewelry, valve and controller.
3. It should be submerged totally in dielectric fluid in the EDM process.(If not, there may be a fire, even an explosion.
4. It can be used in grinding the glasses. For the procession, you can also use deionized water as dielectric fluid.
