CLEAN Volatile Stamping Oil

SKALN CLEAN Volatile stamping oil is the choice of mineral oil based and add extreme pressure anti-wear, anti-oxidation, anti-rust, anti-foam and other additives blend made. This product has excellent anti-stamping, punching shear capacity, especially for volatile stamping process.

2. Good thermal oxidation stability, adapt to the working conditions of high temperature and high pressure, long-term use and not easily oxidized.

3. Good mold release performance. Completely volatile, leaving no trace, no cleaning.

1. Manual drip: Add the stamped oil droplet to the required components with a suction pipe, one side of the general brush plate;

2. Pumping: with automatic oiling device can be supplied by pumping oil.

Note:

1: The original solution has some irritation: If contact with skin, rinse with plenty of water.

2: Carefully handlethe solution after adding the water, do not be contaminated. Metallic particles and metal salts, lubricants and microbes can be hazardous to the solution and in some cases (heavy metal contaminants such as chromium, cobalt and nickel) can be particularly harmful.

3: Environmentally friendly: The product is poorly biodegradable under anaerobic conditions, such as by discarding soil layers. Changes in its composition may affect the rate of degradation, but they are all biodegradable. The product will be dispersed as either in emulsion or water. It is degradable under aerobic conditions and the degraded product is not harmful to the environment.

4: Fire Extinguishing Methods: Due to the high water content, combustion is not supportedburning. After evaporation of water, impurities remain and can burn at high temperatures. In contrast, emulsions that contain more water and are very dilute do not burn. Fire fighting methods: extinguishthe fire by CO2 foam, dry powder or water .

5: Operation and storage: When not in use, please keep the container closed. Do not weld or inverting the container. The product releases hydrogen chloride when overheated. Therefore, the storage temperature should not exceed 60 ℃

Applicable to all kinds of aluminum, copper, silicon steel, galvanized sheet and metal products of the volatile stamping or punching processing.
