SKALN PMX-200 Silicone Oil, 50-1,000CS Silicone oil is a polydimethylsiloxane polymer, used for the production of substantially linear polymers with various mean kinematic viscosities. For best results, it is preferred to mix a low viscosity silicone oil with a high viscosity silicone oil (such as three SKALN PMX-200 silicone oils with a viscosity of 100 cSt and a SKALN PMX-200 silicone oil with a viscosity of 12,500 cSt, 1,000 CS). The low viscosity of the formulated polishing agent is typically from 100 to 30,000 cSt. In order to achieve the best result, SKALN high viscosity silicone oil is easy to use and gloss, it also can play a good role in the lubricant, polishing applications and erase easier. High viscosity silicone oil can produce higher gloss. Since these polymers have inherent water repellency, they cause water to form water droplets on the treated surface without penetrating into the polishing film.
When SKALN PMX-200 silicone oil, 50-1,000 CS silicone oil is used as a surface agent or in addition to soap and lotion, only as little as 0.1% of the addition is required. However, for a hand cream and lotion that requires a uniform film and an effective protective layer, an additional amount of 1 to 10% is required. SKALN PMX-200 silicone oil, 50-1,000 CS silicone oil has a high solubility in organic solvents such as aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons and halogen hydrocarbon propellants for chemical composition in aerosols. With standard emulsifiers and conventional emulsification techniques, silicone oil is easy to emulsify in water. SKALN PMX-200 silicone oil is insoluble in water and many organic products.

1. Melting point temperature is typical and may change due to molecular distribution (especially 50 cSt). If the melting point is critical to your application, a few batches should be fully evaluated.
2. Due to the different cooling rates, the flow point of this test method may be lower than the temperature at which these silicone oils melt.
3. Fedors Methodology: R.F. Fedors, Polymer Engineering and Science, February 1974.
Easy to apply and erase, easy to polish, improve color, high water repellency, high compressibility, without cracking in the case of high shear, high spreadability and compatibility, low environmental hazards, low fire Hazardous, low reactivity and vapor pressure, low surface energy, good thermal stability, essentially odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, soluble in many solvents.
In personal care applications: protects the skin, imparts soft, fluffy skin touch, easy to distribute on the skin and hair, to soap (to prevent the bubble in the process of erasing)
In industrial applications: high dielectric strength, high damping, oxidation resistance, chemical resistance, weather resistance. A variety of pastes, emulsions, solvent-based polishing agents and aerosols and other forms of automotive, furniture, metal and special polishing products in the active ingredient. Cosmetic components, elastomers and plastic lubricants, electrical insulation, anti-foaming and defoamers, mechanical fluids, release agents, surfactants, solvent-based surface treatment agents and leather fat liquefaction agents and other applications.
Composition:polydimethylsiloxane polymer. (CH3) 3SiO [SiO (CH3) 2] nSi (CH3) 3.
